Terms & Conditions

  • We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for you to notify us at least 24hrs prior to appointment If we are unable to fill the slot a 50% charge will be applied.
  • If the booking was made on the same day, please notify us 3 hrs prior. No charges will be made.
  • No-Shows. Recurring in two no-shows you will be requested to pay in full before your next booking.
  • In order to respect the time for both our clients and staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. We do not charge for lateness however we kindly ask you to let us know, as you may be advised to reschedule. Clients arriving more than 30minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
  • We require a 50% deposit on bookings of 2 hours or more. All deposits will be used as payment towards your final bill. If we don’t receive 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule appointment then unfortunately your deposit is non refundable,
  • We do not treat anyone under the age of 16.
  • For your comfort and safety, please notify your therapists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities or if you are pregnant.
  • Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, threatening , intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
  • For your safety if you are pregnant we will be unable to perform LVL enhance treatment, HD Brows, and any treatments that involve tints.
  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 24hrs after your treatment is performed.
  • Refunds can only be done by the owner and you will be asked to write an email with photographic evidence.
